Yesterday we loaded our third shipment destined to Burkina Faso.

We had another wonderful set of Cargill and Reviva volunteers to assist in the loading, and the operation went off without a hitch!! Having the warehouse and forklift along with Josh, Nate and Kevin from Reviva was massive for us. It took just 3 hours to load this container with a tractor, 2 disks, several pellets of fertilizer and many spare parts and tools.

The Cargill crew numbered approx 15 over the past 2 months, as they helped us on the renovation and planning of the loading. Many hours were put in by Terry, Moussa and Maurice as well. Terry arranged for some publicity in the Cargill retiree news as well, so we are definitely building our expertise and profile.

For this shipment, Moussa arranged all the shipping, and documentation required to export from the US and import into Burkina Faso, so essentially we are becoming self sufficient in the entire process.

This shipment will take approx 70 days, and we will have a new receiver in Burkina Faso for part of this shipment.

Below Nate is masterfully backing the Farmall into the container with inches to spare on each side.

All equipment very snug and secure and ready for the for the 70 day journey to Burkina Faso.

The very capable volunteer crew from the loading operation.
